Production Timeline

Our commitment to delivering quality products in a timely manner is paramount. Our standard production timeframe for most physical products (clipboards and notebooks) is between 2 to 4 business days. However, please note that specific items may experience delays, as indicated on their respective product pages. For bulk orders exceeding $200, the production timeline extends to 5-7 business days. Kindly remember, the day you place your order is considered day 0, with the following business day marking the beginning of the service level agreement (SLA) period.

Holiday Production Timeline: Starting November 15th, we enter our busy holiday season; during this period, production times may extend beyond the standard timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If the SLA is extended the information will be posted on the top header of our website.

International Shipping Guidelines

Before placing orders for international shipping, please review the current USPS service alerts at USPS Service Alerts. Orders directed to countries on the USPS suspension list are subject to potential holds by postal carriers, with undetermined waiting times. Please proceed with caution, as shipping fees are non-refundable under these circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping partners, including the US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx (and their affiliates), ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method at no additional cost to you, ensuring your order is not delayed. It's important to note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes—select a USPS option for such addresses. Although we strive for accuracy in our delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee carrier timelines. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-8 business days post-shipment, depending on the selected shipping method. Delays beyond our control may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds due to carrier delays. For bulk orders, please expect your items to arrive in multiple packages.

Incorrectly addressed packages returned to us will incur a reshipment fee. We refund ground shipping charges for defective returns; other shipping methods are not covered.
