Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only in cases of defects or production errors. As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.

Completed Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact our support team at support@trackthosehabits.com if you need guidance on product returns or if there are discrepancies with your order.

Reporting Issues: If you believe your product has a defect or error, or if it was damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Inspection and Replacement: Defective products undergo a thorough inspection to validate replacement. If the defect or damage is confirmed, a replacement product will be produced and sent to you at no additional cost, matching the original design unless otherwise specified. Please note that the inspection and production of replacements may take some time. Products damaged from normal wear or common discoloring are not eligible for replacement.

Shipping and Handling:

  • Carrier Delays: Delays beyond our control (such as carrier delays) may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds for such delays.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs fall to the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Packages returned to us due to incorrect addressing will incur a reshipment fee.
  • Refund of Shipping Charges: We refund ground shipping charges for returns of defective products. Other shipping methods are not covered.

Damaged Items: Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us within 5 business days for a prompt replacement.

Warranty: We stand by our goods against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Warranty claims allow for replacement with identical items. Note that products may naturally vary in shape, color, and size. Damage from normal wear or discoloring is not covered under warranty.
